Crazy Good Day

Today has been a crazy day. I woke up with a splitting headache and thoughts of a migraine only to drink my coffee and realize that I am addict. Well addicted to caffeine that is. Once my brain settled down, I hit the phone to discuss a Participate! Maker Faire booth and presentation. The phone call turned into an epic work session as we worked out the details for the application. Yes we are doing it!

I then headed into the basement of the house I am staying at to film a special Road Show video. Shooting a video of yourself can be a harsh mistress. Perfection is the enemy of the good. After finishing the video, I drove off into the sunny Seattle day to interview Burners without Borders Seattle founder diem. We had an amazing interview.

Spent the next few hours trying to get the best deal possible on a new Mac. I have just been unable to keep up with the editing in part because it takes so long to do a project. I hope the new machine helps me out.

I finished the day with another interview at ALTSpace, a Seattle maker space. They have a fantastic set up over there. It is kind of like a gym for anyone wanting space to create. A great crew and an amazing interview.

Now it is time to set up the new computer and get cracking on some videos and presentations. Life is good!
